Meet the Administrators

The Administrative Staff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the students, staff, and community at Charles W. Flanagan High School.

Each Administrator is assigned to a grade level and oversees a variety of curricular areas. Additional support from our Behavior Specialists and Athletic Director allows the team to address the disciplinary and social-emotional needs of our students. The School Counselors, Social Worker, and Family Counselors meet with students and families in an effort to provide students with support beyond the classroom and putting all available resources within their arms reach.

Dear Falcon Parents and Students,

Charles W. Flanagan High School achieved an "A" rating, with the school grade rising from 616 to 658 points over 2 years!! This increase reflects consistent efforts from faculty, students, and the wider school community.

I welcome our Flanagan community. I previously served as assistant principal at Flanagan from 2007 to 2017 and have led West Broward High for six years and Flanagan High for two years now. My family includes my beautiful daughters, Eve and Emma; Eve graduated from Flanagan in 2020. I look forward to continuing Flanagan’s tradition of academic and social-emotional achievement and supporting ongoing progress within the school community. Our school’s mission is:

“Providing a quality educational experience which promotes academic excellence, enhances student growth, inspires lifelong learning, and prepares students for post-secondary education, the work environment, and productive citizenship.”

Building on the established foundation, faculty, students, and parents collaborate with community support to foster a culture of lifelong learning. Flanagan encourages development both academically and personally, aiming to help students meet their potential in an inclusive environment.  The staff, counselors, extracurricular activities, and mentoring programs are designed to address students' academic, emotional, and social needs. The school aims to provide opportunities that personalize learning and promote overall well-being.

This year Flanagan celebrates 30 years.  We are excited to continue our tradition of academic excellence and extra-curricular success.  As a community we will celebrate success.  Stay tuned to future events.  Everyone is invited to participate in campus life, engage with peers, and uphold the values that characterize the school community.
